How we're responding to COVID-19.

Due to the circumstances surrounding COVID-19, we are currently working with a highly reduced staff to make sure we comply with social distancing measures and are able to keep everyone safe.

Dear Friends,

In the recent days and weeks our collective lives have shifted and we understand how unsettling that is. We are reaching out to you with an update on where things stand at Holly Yashi. Our focus is on the health, safety, and well-being of our community...our families, employees, and you, our customers.

As many of you are aware, California has been placed under a "Shelter In Place" protocol. We have been planning for this and have made several alterations to comply while still maintaining the ability to serve our customers and keep as many employees working as possible. Earlier this week we made the decision to temporarily close our flagship store and it was heartbreaking. Because we are blessed with a 15,000 sq ft facility, we are able to spread out and maintain a bare-bones workforce here to keep essential operations moving. It’s certainly much lonelier than we are accustomed to! We are following all cleaning and sanitizing guidelines and going beyond what is called for. We also have a number of employees working remotely and are planning a further reduction in employees on site as we transition our artisans to handcrafting jewelry from the safety of their homes.

At this time we anticipate no interruption of service to you. Our website hollyyashi.com is open 24/7 and our expert customer service personnel are available Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm (PT) toll free at 1 (877) 607-8361. We hope we've earned your trust and ask, if you are able, to continue to shop with us and support American manufacturing. After all, the world needs beauty now more than ever.

We have resolved to remember that this is temporary, to keep our eyes to the future and envision better times. We are inspired to see our people and communities work to help each other. We're all in this together, and together we'll emerge.

Look out for one another, stay safe, and be well. Do something good for yourself each day and check in on someone who may not be blessed with a support system.

We are grateful for each and every one of you. From our hearts, thank you.

Holly and Paul, Co-Founders
