“What if I want the eGift Card to arrive on a specific date?”
eGift Cards are currently emailed out within hours of your purchase. At this time we do not have the ability to email eGift Cards on any date other than the date of purchase. If you would like to have the gift card arrive on a date other than the day of purchase, we suggest having the eGift Card sent to your email address so that you may forward the eGift Card when you are ready.
Forwarding an eGift Card is easy. Each eGift Card contains the option to be re-gifted. You can easily change the 'To' and 'From' information along with the gift message.
“What if I don't know the recipient's email address?”
Unfortunately, we cannot issue a Holly Yashi eGift Card without an email address. If you are ready to buy the eGift Card but do not have the recipient's email on hand, we suggest having the eGift Card sent to your email address. Once the eGift Card is in your email inbox you can forward the eGift Card at your convenience.
